Below are some of the basics involved in the recruitment process with Figueroa Employee Services.
- Candidate need evaluation –
- Ideal candidate profile discussions.
- F.E.S. reviews the customers current job description.
- Suggesting adjustments as needed.
- Customer approval of any adjustments made.
- Sourcing for candidates – F.E.S. search out and review candidate resumes in detail.
- In a separate post F.E.S. breaks down what it takes to effectively source.
- Pre-screen candidates – F.E.S. pre-screens consist of direct candidate calls.
- In these call we go over candidate availability, opportunity interest, and verification of having their most updated resume on file.
- A virtual interview is scheduled if candidate passes this preliminary screening.
- Interviews – Virtual or in-person interviews with top-talent.
- 1-2 interview types are typically had before even presenting the candidates to our customers.
- Candidate presentations – Visit our presentation package post for more details.
- F.E.S. presents candidates.
- The customer reviews and selects candidates they’d like to know more about.
- Customer Interviews – F.E.S. facilitates introductions and handles all logistics for our customers to secure a smooth candidate meeting.
- F.E.S. confirms and finalizes the best day and time for both parties to meet (virtually or in person).
- Customer meets with candidates without an F.E.S. member. Unless a panel interview including an F.E.S. member is preferred.
- Decision time – The customer makes final decisions. F.E.S. typically congratulates the customer on their decision and emails next steps!

Figueroa Employee Services looks forward to working with you!
