    • Back office discussions and preparations.
  5. Email exchanges To include:
    • Agreement.
    • Extra team introductions (as appropriate).
    • Job description exchanges/approvals.
    • Preparing & finalizing required items before F.E.S. begins working the order.
  6. F.E.S. begins working the order –
    • Sourcing, Pre-screens, and Interviews.
    • Candidate presentations.
    • Weekly updates.
