| Virtual/Remote Q&A’s | Not every candidate that looks good on paper is fit for your role. Some customers ask us to have candidates answer a few written questions. This helps quickly remove those with poor communication skills from consideration. |
| Phone Interview Pre-Screens | Competency based interviews | We ask various competency based questions to make sure the talent has the skills described and needed for the job. We screen the sourced or direct apply candidate. This ensures they are qualified for the next steps in the interviewing process. |
| Panel Interviews | These interviews are conducted by 2-3 F.E.S. team members. Panel interviews can also be a strong combination of F.E.S. team members and your companies top decision makers. |
| Group Interviews | These interviews can be in-person or virtual. Typically groups of 3 to 8 qualified candidates. |
| Multiple Interviews | Sometimes finding the right long-term candidate requires 2-5 interviews with various levels of employment. F.E.S. organizes the interviews, provides the necessary materials, and facilitates the sessions. We work alongside our customers. This ensures that the process and professionalism truly shine through to the potential hires with each interview that goes by. |
| Candidate Video Applications | In these video applications top-candidates record themselves effectively answering 3-5 hand-picked questions in a 5 min. time frame. We then send candidate video applications to our customers as requested. |
| In-person & Virtual Interviews | Traditional virtual or in-person interviews include the screening of skills and professional appearance. They assess verbal communication and professional mannerisms. Interviewers also evaluate the candidates ability to pick up on social cues, among other factors. |
